Summary


The breakdown of property prices changes reported throughout the North-East and Cumbria for the three months until the end of October is as follows: HOUSE prices in Cumbria remained buoyant with the average rising to pounds 99,800 ( above the regional average of pounds 97,000.

All property types recorded above average increases of at least 4.7pc. Three-bedroom semi detached properties experienced the highest quarterly increase (5.5pc), bringing the average price up to pounds 107,800.
