But can just anyone with a good idea and a bit of business savvy become the next Sir Richard Branson? Not according to Dr Adrian Atkinson, a chartered psychologist who has spent decades discovering what makes a wealth creator tick.

Dr Atkinson, chairman of business consultancy Human Factors International, reckons the seeds of a successful entrepreneurial career are sown in childhood.
