ETEC Development Trust has always provided a route to learning and development, identifying career goals or a route to employment. Individual assessments deliver personalised solutions which can include the ESP (engagement, support and prevention) programme, designed to prevent young people from falling into the NEET (not in education, employment or training) category and, ultimately, to an apprenticeship opportunity.
