IT might be me, but despite the recession I don't think there has been a significant drop in the number of skips littering our roads.

Indeed, speaking to builders about submitting prices for work, I find that, while they don't have the long waiting lists of three years ago, they are still busy and some have a waiting list of a couple of months before they can start a new job.
