THE youngest daughter of tragic PC Bill Barker, who was killed in last week's devastating Cumbria floods, last night said "thank you" for all the support her family had received.
Emma Barker, eight, wrote a letter of appreciation to the people who had rallied round the family after her father was swept to his death while helping motorists at the height of the floods in the early hours of Friday.See the full content of this document
