A MAN who breached a lifetime ban from keeping animals and caused unnecessary suffering to six dogs was jailed for six months yesterday.
Lee Howard, 41, of Shinwell Crescent, South Bank, Middlesbrough, was sentenced at Teesside Magistrates' Court after admitting keeping 11 dogs and 16 birds despite a ban; causing unnecessary suffering to six Jack Russell terriers by letting sores form on their paws and to one of the six by failing to give veterinary care for an ear infection.See the full content of this document
