THE England and Wales Cricket Board hope to have a successor to current chairman David Morgan, pictured below, decided by Tuesday, September 25, after announcing the timetable for the second ballot.

The first stage of voting failed to separate candidates Michael Soper and Giles Clarke after canvassing the chairmen of the first class county clubs and MCC chairman Charles Fry. The result of that vote, announced on Tuesday, left the pair tied on nine votes each with one abstention.
