ANDY Flower has admitted England are still "a long way" from finding a successful formula in Twenty20 international cricket just three months before they host this summer's World Cup.

England's stand-in coach, who is one of several candidates to apply for the position on a permanent basis, watched his charges continue their long winter without success by delivering a desperate display in Sunday's Twenty20 International at the Queen's Park Oval.
