HOPES of saving almost 2,000 jobs at a Teesside steel plant were rocked last night after its biggest buyers walked away for the second time.

Steel giant Corus's Teesside Cast Products (TCP) factory in Redcar was put at risk in April after an international consortium pulled out of a 10-year-deal to take most of its output with five years yet to run.
