THE biggest and best business awards in the region is nearing the first of its dinners when the Tyneside and Northumberland winners will be named.

The first prize-giving evening of the North East Business Awards is just a fortnight away and the cream of the area's business community is getting ready to celebrate the winners' triumphs. Hundreds of businesspeople will gather at the Newcastle Marriott Hotel in Gosforth Park on February 28 to be entertained, informed, impressed and enthused by this year's success stories in the competition backed by The Journal and its Teesside sister paper the Evening Gazette.
