Summary
Baggage handler Joe Quigley was left in agony after injuring his back while lifting a 40kg suitcase at Newcastle Airport more than three years ago.
He picked up the bag ( which did not have a tag attached stating its weight ( from a trailer to load it into the aircraft hold and immediately felt a searing pain and knew his back had been damaged. Joe was off work for five months as a result of his injury.See the full content of this document
