Architect Browne Smith Baker has won a contract to design two new business centres in County Durham at a pounds 1.6m development.
The Newcastle-based firm will work with project managers Entec, Dorin Construction and other technical consultants to develop the two buildings which will include a 10,000 sq ft high-tech manufacturing unit and an office complex with three 3,000 sq ft self contained units at Consett Business Park.See the full content of this document
