Britons are gradually increasing the amount they save but more needs to be done to encourage people to put money away for their retirement, an insurance trade body says.
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) says people saved a total of pounds 5.01bn in investments and pensions during the first half of 2004, around six per cent more than they saved during the same period of the previous year.See the full content of this document
