STEVE Bruce thinks he has picked up one of the bargains of the summer in Titus Bramble - not that he will be telling the centre- back, writes STUART RAYNER. Bramble (left) joined from Bruce's former club Wigan for under pounds 1m and has been Sunderland's best defender in the early weeks of the season, put-ting in performances which have made that fee look an absolute steal.
