Booze Off the Shelves

Summary


BOOZE which is regularly bought by underage drinkers is to be taken off shelves in an effort to crackdown on alcohol-related disorder. Off-licences in Newcastle's West End have agreed to take the measure as they try to combat trouble on the streets.

The campaign will see store owners refuse to sell 75cl and 1.5 litre bottles of sparkling perry wine.
