The body of a man was yesterday recovered by police from the River Tyne in Northumberland.
The body was taken from the river between Bywell and Ovingham just after 9am. A police spokesman said: "There is nothing to indicate the death is suspicious. Inquiries are ongoing to determine his identity."See the full content of this document
