A DRIVER has been ordered to pay a pounds 750 fine after failing to stop his BMW when he hit a police officer.
Magistrates in Tynedale heard that David Charles Burt, 31, of Kilburn Gardens, Percy Main, North Tyneside, hit a policeman who was directing traffic away from an accident on the A69 on October 8. The PC suffered an injured leg in the accident.See the full content of this document
