Summary


Two pilots from a Northumberland RAF station have met the Queen and been presented with medals for bravery during a storm-lashed rescue at sea.

Flt Lts Dieter Booth and Andy Shenton were the captain and winchman on RAF Boulmer's Rescue 131 flight, which had been called to airlift a very seriously injured crewman on board the rig support vessel, Grampian City.
