THE family of a woman killed after being knocked off her bike by an HGV have hit out at Euro politicians for a further delay in a response to their fight to change the law.
Eilidh Cairns, 30, from Ellingham, near Alnwick, Northumberland, died after being knocked off her bike by a driver who failed to see her in London in 2009.See the full content of this document
