Summary
Interior designer Linda Barker is a busy, but happy woman. At 42, she enjoys a settled family life with her husband Chris and their daughter in a renovated Victorian house in London, while her career goes from strength to strength.
She shot to fame in the early 1990s on Changing Rooms and has worked on a variety of design programmes, but offers have been flooding in since her appearance on the second series of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! Her latest series is Building the Dream (Weekdays, ITV1, 2pm). Born in Bradford, Linda's first love was art and she studied as a fine artist at West Surrey College of Art and Design. However, she took a keen interest in interior design and pursued her ambition to become a professional by practising her skills for friends and family.
